Reformer & Wunda Chair

Joseph Pilates devised a unique sequence of movements that work the mind and muscles in harmony. Pilates on our Balanced Body Reformers and Peak Pilates Wunda Chairs is a full-body exercise routine that when practiced faithfully, yields numerous benefits; increased overall lean muscle strength and flexibility, coordination, body alignment and posture all improve; balance and core strength are targeted; pelvis, abdominal and gluteus muscles are tightened to help you move better, spinal flexibility and shoulder girdle stability are increased to keep your bodies strong and toned.

Our trainers are highly certified by the top Pilates certifications including BASI (Body Arts and Science Institute), Balanced Body, Peak Pilates and STOTT, which enables us to treat clients who are prenatal and postnatal, post-surgical, have scoliosis, osteoporosis, post-injury, assist in injury prevention and sports specific conditioning. Our certifications give us the knowledge to create challenging classes for all individuals, whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned pro. All Reformer & Wunda Chair group classes are multi-level so that beginners and advanced Pilates clients are able to train in the same class, although a knowledge of Pilates movements and our equipment is required before participating in our group classes. We offer a discounted 45-minute private or duet session for all new clients so that you can join us in class feeling prepared and receive the best level of training possible.
